Māmaki is a native plant that is only found here in Hawai'i. A member of the nettle family, māmaki was historically used by ancient Hawaiians for medicinal purposes. Today māmaki teas have become popularized through tea form because of its highly valued medicinal properties along with its smooth flavor and aroma.
